Anyone else watching this yet? I just started today after having the first season just sitting on my hard drive for weeks. Boy, was I stupid for waiting! I keep avoiding new anime because they all are starting to look the same to me (i.e. giant robots piloted by 13 year old girls with huge breast etc). I started Attack On Titan a few weeks back and have yet to be disappointed, and now I've found another hidden gem in SAO!

Reminds me of .hack//SIGN, only on a bigger scale and with all the action/fighting/leveling up that .hack//SIGN was missing.

Anywho, for those who have watched it/are watching it, what do you think about it? I think there are plenty of cosplay and prop possibilities.

I watched SAO and liked it the ending was decent enough if they didn't get a second season but now I can't wait till it comes back.

I've been watching for a while. Waiting to see how it's dubbed when it starts airing on Toonami. It keeps me entertained which is all I ask for. As for prop and cosplay possibilities, go to any anime convention and you will see multiple people as Kirito and Asuna. And there may be a few as Heathcliff and Klein.

English dubs can make or break a series for me. I was 70+ episodes into Naruto before I watched it dubbed. Immediately stopped and have never finished it.

Looking forward to seeing how it ends. I like seeing every couple episodes they change weapons and armour. Makes it feel more real to me.

You might be a little disappointed in the second arc "Alfheim Online" it felt a little rushed.

Would that be season two or the second half of season one?

The second half of season 1 I think it starts around episode 14 or 15.
