Cappy - I wouldn't know what to charge for making the STL file available.
To be honest, I would prefer this to be exclusive to those who want to buy the finished item (painted figure, finished cardbacks and bubble).

I’d not sell the file. This was supposed to be an exclusive figure in a custom card. And that’s the way it should stay.

I agree. Do not sell. Plus, if you sell a copy of the file, within weeks you will see figures for sale all over eBay. People won’t hesitate to profit off all your hard work.

Thanks guys. Yes, I had already concluded this and won't be offering the STL file. It will only be available as a finished figure complete with the custom packaging.
This brings me onto another point. Do you think I should go to the expense of having the articulation added (which could also break up the nice clean lines and accurate detailing that the artist has done)? Especially at the red trunks line - it's not possible to get Star Wars figure style articulation to the legs without cutting right through the line of the trunks. I'm thinking that if it's put into the package and sealed onto the card with the bubble, it might not need any articulation, but I worry that it then just becomes a mini statue / Eagle Moss style of statue. Visually, it will look great on the card though.

Here’s the thing. The articulation doesn’t mean a thing to me. Because if it’s the original SW articulation then it’s not really posable anyway. Lol. But If you want to sell the figure separately, maybe to a few pieces, to cover the articulation costs that would be smart.

Finally finished the Wonder Woman cardback. This was the toughest of them all - trying to find approrpiately posed / sized images. My wife says that I intentionally struggled with it so I could spend more time looking at Lynda Carter Wonder Woman photos on google. Ha ha.
Here it is - the last back of the last figure card.

First test print of the Chris Reeve Superman 3D figure. VERY happy with how this is turning out. If there's no interest in these, I'll ask for the thread to be closed but just wanted to show how it's looking.

By popular demand, I've added a "13th" figure to the set. It's the 1989 Batman on a Kenner card. I haven't put this onto a Palitoy card because they had already gone out of business by that date.
Thanks to Moviefreak for helping me out with the background adjustment!

I like the design but the photo is too doctored to me to feel like a Kenner vintage. If you look through the old cards, they used screenshots from 70/35mm prints and promo images for their images. Han from empire is a great example as is Leia from SW. this was a cool image when it was Keaton in front of the batmobile Like these.

Hey, it;'s 1989 now remember. LOL. I know what you mean and purchased a hi-res version of the photo I've used from Alamy.com. However, it was just too black with the black card and black background behind him. That's why I opted for a background similar to the one you've posted last in your reply against the blue/violet backdrop.
I tried to match the backdrop of your last example photo better.

***UPDATED the images - Changed the Logo position, increased the height of the yellow figure background because the Mattel Keaton Batman is 4 inches tall so the background for it needs to be the same size as the one I'd done for the Christopher Reeve Superman. Moving the logo up meant that I was also able to move the name plate up to reveal all of the ears on the cowl.***

Thanks. I was really quite proud of how well that worked. Tweaked the colors on Batman a bit to match the same blue / purple hue of the skyline.
