Steve Rogers clothing assistance

Hi guys, I've been a member on here for a couple years and I'm about to make a major purchase for Comicon/Halloween in a Captain America alternate shield (blue and white). I'm starting to assemble (sic) the clothing and I'm having trouble with the actual shirt piece.

This is what I'm talking about:

Under Armor? Is there a puffy jacket salvation army idea that I could look for? Thinking felt stripes and my girlfriend is a sewer.

Any assistance on this or the gloves/foot guards would be greatly appreciated! I'm switching from War Machine to this idea and I got the rest of it.
