yeah, there is a pep file of the MI helmet floating around.

It was a half-life 2 game rip. Not really happy with it.

That one is wayy too small. You wouldn't happen to have a scaled-up version, do you? I don't have Designer so I can't scale it.

Never mind---I downloaded the free version of Designer. I can't save the upsized file, but at least I can scale it up and print it out. It's not a very detailed model, but it's at least better than the improvised helmet I got now.

The resin is drying as we speak. I'll put up a build vid once it's done.

How long would foam armor last? And how did you seal it with a heat gun? (never made foam armor)

that's not a question I can answer really.

As for sealing. Yes, I used a heat gun.

There are a lot of threads info and such here on foam building if you look around.
Also my tutorials can give you a good start on it.

nah, it's not really that good. I just made it for fun. If I ever made a new one, I'd use better materials. This wouldn't be worth molding. :facepalm
