So, I thought it might be useful to post a thread like this, maybe have it stickied eventually. Especially for me, I keep running back to the RPF to check measurements of vintage proprietary parts or the actual props themselves. Maybe there are some we don't know and can find...

Graflex
5-40 clamp threading
5/8-28 threading Red Button/Glass Eye hole
Tube 1.5" with .0625 (1/16) wall

Kobold
Bulb lens cover (M10 x 1.00 is very close but no cigar, anyone have this?)

M19 scope bolts
10-32 threading

Obi Wan Hero replica central rod
3/8 16 Threaded

Stunt sabers
Black Bolts - M6 Countersunk, M4 Graflex uppers
V3 windvane screw - M3 threading
V3 booster screw - M5 or M4 threading
All my blades - M4 set screw in collar, 5/16 or 8mm mild steel tang (5/16 is like 7.8 or 7.9 mm)
Barbican Emitter set screws - M4
Barbican Grip Screws - 0-80 (?)

TPM Tang
M8 rods Early Qui Gon Jinn
M10 rods every other saber

Michell Parts - British Association Threading
Cone knob - 0BA (not M6, but close)
R2 cylinders (?)
Sweep Arm Counterweight - 2BA (not M5, but close)

D ring/costume rivets - 3mm Pop Rivets

ROTJ Blasters
DL44, Biker Scout etc. 1" generic scope ring, high
Boba Fett/other blasters - 3/4" scope tube, matching wrap rings

Most common Camera accessories
1/4 20 threading, 3/8 16 threading

I can continue to update this, please add to this list!!

I think it was M6 ... don't have it around me to measure, but I used a metric set screw in my build for sure and it didn't feel like I'm forcing a different thread

I believe the Michell sweep arm counterweight is actually tapped with a 2BA thread. Did you somehow manage to thread an M6 screw into the counterweight? It shouldn’t even be close to fitting as the 2BA major diameter is 4.7 mm, so I’m curious what the scoop is!

Long story very short I have one here and I had my metric set screws already out and I spiraled an M6 right in there, I can double check tho, hold on

I’ll fix it - it was an M5 and it only threads in 2 threads lol

2BA - got any others? I’ll add them
That makes more sense!

As for any others, there are many different BA threads used on all the various Michell parts. For instance, and to be "that guy" again... I believe the cone knobs aren't really M6x1 thread like everyone is saying. I'm sure you can thread an M6x1 bolt into the cone knob and it would work, but you're potentially damaging the geometry of the profile of the thread in the cone knob since it's actually a 0BA thread. The dimensional specs of M6x1 and 0BA are effectively identical, but it's the actual shape of the profile of each thread that differs. Both threads have a major diameter of about 6 mm (actually 5.97 mm and 5.99 mm for M6 and 0BA respectively) and a close enough minor diameter (4.92 mm versus 4.80 mm) and a pitch of 1 mm between threads (or 25.4 TPI) so they basically match there. But standard Metric threads and BA threads have quite different thread profiles, with Metric having a sharp 60° profile versus BA having a rounded 47.5° profile.
