Those are from Lucasfilm. They posted them in a story showing how they added the Ghost to RO.

If I remember correctly the Disneyland model was built buy someone from The RPF, but I don't recall who.

Who's the designer of the Ghost? Cool ship. Great Show. Rebels has really grown on me after watching every episode, in continuity.
