That's a fan made trailer. The Vader footage is from the fan made ANH duel redux that came out a few years ago mixed with shots from ROTS and from another fan film with the ROTS Anakin saber hilt.

While it’s always great to see Vader, why is he in this?

I was always under the belief that after Mustafar, the next time they saw each other was on the Death Star.

I was always under the belief that after Mustafar, the next time they saw each other was on the Death Star.

Why? There's nothing in any of the films to suggest that they never saw each other before the time of ANH. Simply that it had been a while since they last crossed paths. Also, at the time this show takes place, we still don't know whether or not Obi is aware that Vader and Anakin are the same person. Obi has to find out somehow.
