I am 6.2, do you recommend the larger sized chest armor with the accurate helmet or the smaller chest?

I am tall but have broad shoulders so I dont know if I would fit in the smaller sized chest.

You're going to want the larger chest armor. Unless you're the skinniest person in the world. I wear a Medium t-shirt and the smaller size chest is a skin-tight fit if I exhale deeply and squeeze myself into it. For a better gauge of how it looks, here's a 5-foot tall kid wearing the smaller chest over a sweatshirt:
