Here are some Bio-Belt wooden cut outs. These were made as a test by a friend of mine, the one is painted and has some silver tape on it. They are solid, and fairly light weight (pine maybe?).
The have a mostly glossy finish and would make a nice addition to your TMP Cosplay. Three are ready to painted/detailed.
