Did anyone else see this? I realize some of the items are replicas but anyway....

'Trek' fans, want Picard's chair? It's for sale

LAS VEGAS – "Star Trek" lovers looking for Enterprise chairs, Starfleet uniforms or a model Klingon Bird of Prey can seek out new life for the dismantled pieces of a closed Las Vegas attraction based on the famous franchise.
Chief Executive Officer Alec Peters of auctioneer Propworx Inc. says fans can buy any of roughly 1,000 items from Star Trek: The Experience at a warehouse sale Saturday in Las Vegas.
The attraction based on the beloved television series and movies closed in 2008 after a 10-year run.
Peters says it's sad to see the items go. But he says fans will have a fun opportunity to buy items used in the exhibit.
Among the items for sale are three large models of spaceships, including the U.S.S. Enterprise A and the U.S.S. Voyager.

Those ships were the weakest part of the exhibit. Very low detail for the sizes. Not "bad" looking. Just weak.

Of course they would make a great starting point for a rework.

Well, it was all replica! :) But real Star Trek: The Expereince props!

It was really for people who had an affinity for STTE. Mostly all locals.

Alec

Ya I saw the other thread about the warehouse full of the stuff. I didn't realize the studio took away all the original props before they closed it down so I guess this shouldn't be in the original prop section. :confused
