I’ve just tried to screenshot on my phone but the Paramount+ app won’t allow screen grabs. I’ll fire up my laptop after the weekend and see if I can get as many detailed pics as possible over to you.
It looks like it would be a great motorcycle jacket!

I have seen few good images but I couldn't see any jacket back image and I couldn't understan about his shoulder details.

Your best bet may be photos people took at the Paley Center exhibit in New York.

But here's a screen grab- It appears the back mostly consists of the same printed/textured material they use on the shoulders.

The detailing on the tops of the shoulders is the star fleet arrowhead insignia. It’s tiny and repeated to make that textured look.

The badge on the shoulder (I believe) is the star fleet USS Enterprise patch. I saw a guy on here selling replicas of them. They look, to my eyes, to be a printed badge made of some sort of rubber. But I could be wrong.

I suggest this one because it has actual deltas on it.

Looks like there is a source or two for the jacket, but what about the gloves and the hood/goggles combo?

That looks good but the colours seem off. It’s looks to be a very light grey where the jacket on the show looks almost black.

I have showed the guy doing the coat I suggested Screencast of the hood and how it attaches. He says he's done detachable hoods before and is working on it. The goggles are Suicide Squad Harley Quinn goggles you can get at Spirit Halloween. I got them there myself.
Gloves I don't know. Very tight style. Screencaps show a V style pattern on them.

It looks like an embroidery. Like it was pressed into the fabric.
