Yes these are all models of the Enterprise from the NCC-1701 to the NCC-1701-E.

Thanks. I figured they were but wasn't sure. Do you happen to know the scale?

From what I remember, all of them, except the E model, were available kits, like AMT(Is AMT a kit maker? Something like that.) Some of them got sanded smooth before being getting coated in gold and some weren't. If you google it you may find the info. I believe John Eaves may have done it and posted it on his blog years ago.
