Completely missed this and am kicking myself for it... Are the buckles out at the supplier? I would not be opposed to doing a run myself if that's what it takes to get one.
Run is closed, so here's the info:

They are listed as sold out, as they were when I placed my order. They are the manufacturers. So they are making more for my order.
They told me the shipping cost for a single buckle would be £7, so the total price for 1 buckle shipped to the US would be £19 (about $31). I do not know how they feel about single orders. They do not take credit cards, they take bank transfer or check, so it's not terribly user friendly for small orders.
Also, that photo is not completely accurate, as it doesn't show the small bumps next to the latches. The photo in posted on the first post is one they took of an actual buckle in stock (it has the wrong bottom attachment, the ones I ordered aren't adjustable).

I'm sorry I never replied, I likely saw your message while I was at work and didn't want to use my phone to respond. However, I can tell you exactly what I would have said. All of the details and information pertaining to buying a buckle was written out in the posts I made about payment (post #81 and the first post, edited to have that information). By the time you PM'd me, I was accepting orders for those who had been on the first interest list. I was accepting payments strictly on the basis of who posted interest in this thread. By the time you posted in this thread (and when you messaged me), your availability was limited only to when I opened up the sales to everyone. And by the time it was open to everyone, there was, I believe, only one left which sold quickly.
Sorry to you and everyone else who did not get a buckle from this run. Here is the page they are sold from, if someone else wants to do a run maybe they'll give you a good deal. No promises.

That's why I was confused as to where I was on your list, so I PM'd you and asked for clarification so I didn't miss out on this...
Sorry, there has never been a written list. By the time you commented, you were already in the 3rd group, and that was when it was open to everyone. Apologies if the explanation of dates and when they were available wasn't clear.

Hey Zlurpo, I'm not in any rush, but do we have an ETA on when buckles will begin to be shipped out? Just curious, thanks!
Not yet. I emailed friday morning (friday afternoon in England), asking if they had been shipped yet/when they would if they had not, but haven't heard back yet. I'll keep the thread updated with anything I learn. Including when they get back to me, when they arrive, and when I ship them out, which hopefully will be within a day or two of receiving them.
