Dont we have a rogues gallery for actions like this on non payment and non delivered goods etc etc, this just doesnt seem right to me that Ro has to sit and take this kind of treatment!

Lee, I'm just waiting in the wings at the moment.

But I guarantee you that if new sales with the mysterious new supplier of Steve's kits comes to fruition before I get my payment, I will raise HOLY HELL on this board.

We shall see how the Admins will deal with this if and when that comes.

But it would sure be nice if they stepped in before that and try to persuade Steve to pay me what is owed.

Just saw this (thanks for the forward.. somebody actually took the time and emailed me) I dont come here but once every two weeks or so. So as Ive said before and i'll say it yet again I will be sending the kits to Rolando as I run them. I have finished the Hero Tie back order kits and now im working on the standards. I will send the kits as agreed and continue to fill back orders. The two kits Im working on now are the BR starfighter and Standard TIE you will recieve those shorty.

I have not nor have sold one kit since getting back in the new shop ... so dont hold your breath on "catching me" doing something Im not suppose to.. with the new company.. that whole deal will handle itself when the time comes.

I will tell you this when the TIE standards are complete .. Rolando you will have your two and 2 Starfighters.. I WILL sell a few to keep the supplies up so i can finish the back log. Then I'll run the ATST's then Interceptors.

Just so folks know.. Rolando has not Paid money for these kits so dont be misled by other folks that have nothing to do with this. He is not out of pocket any cash whatsoever. This is an agreement Rolando and myself worked out and has nothing to do with others posting on this thread. I owed Rolando 10 PD kits for the run we did. I delivered 2 kits and the hulls and head molds got shot and never were remade. I delivered 10 sets of PD legs and all the other parts to make up the remaiding kits but PD heads and bodies. All in all I owed him 8 PD heads and bodies. Since im not making those anylonger we agreed to the list Rolando so wonderfully shared with everyone. In the agreement I clearly said as I run the kits to cover back orders I would deliver them to him.

Kits are being delivered as promised.. shucks... to bad guys... sorry to let you down.. Lee you and your little band of studio scale Robin hood do gooders will have to find something else to post negative about.

I do have a suggestion... Let my buisness with Rolando be our buisness and you mind yours.


As far as Moderators are concerned. Ive asked for thier oversight on all the dealings here. I am delivering.. just like I promised. MODs as ive always said, keep the thread truthful and on point, Ive got no problem. I do however have a problem with people who I owe nothing to (you know who you are) from constantly trying to flame the threads that have to deal with me. Stop that and everything would be fine. I'll take care of Rolando and others I owe. I'm shipping out stuff every week.
