I get weak knees when this pops up in new threads. Amazing! I don't mean to be a perv but I can't help but check out the background in your pictures. I've been to legoland and it was awesome but I'd rather play in your workshop!!!:eek

Ok Al, one of my all time favorite Space Ship and my whole reason for joining this site is your awesome build. I totally love it. I will love to build one in a little bit smaller scale so i can place it in my display case :) soon I can find one...;)

Ok another quickie Update. Spent a crazy week in an advanced solid works modelling class. so now i can get back to this. glued the rear outer engine nozzles together. will be getting the lower half this week. and then start detailing. them. also started carving the small detail ares for kit parts on the tail. then add some styrene panels. plus drawing out the pattern for the wing engine which i will laser cut next weekend.

Is this an academy of model building?

No I'm to dumb Katsu :sick Lol, Al is taking the computer class that you can draw something on the computer and then 3-d print it like the wheels he did for my Batmobile he's a talented guy.

Quick update, got the rear large engines going and the main engine push rod.

also making a bunch of molds but didnt get any pics of that.

Great to see you back, Al! Everything you have made for this looks like it was carved by a robot... very cool! :) I wanna be like you when I grow up, for sure!
 
You guys must have some big Ole flies down there in Texas LOL, the parts look great Al stop B.S.ing and finish this thing :lol.
 
I gotta' say this is some really cool stuff! I've been peeking and enjoying your build for a while and wanted to chime in.
