Spray paint not curing

I'm currently working on a sabine cosplay (ahsoka outfit not rebels), and my spray paint is all of a sudden refusing to cure in a reasonable time span, does anyone have any magic tricks? I can tell it's not because the dark gray paint is not matte yet like it always is when cured and still smells like solvent. It's not at all tacky or soft, if not for the fact that all of my colors are different sheens I'd call it good. Unfortunately I need to clear coat it and I assume that will go badly with solvents reacting funny? I sprayed it on the 8th so it doesn't seem like a matter of waiting an extra day or two.

It got cold and rainy where i am just for the last coat, its currently in a 70 degree room with 64% humidity, I used rustoleum 2x ultra cover rattle cans over PLA with rustoelum filler primer. All the other layers went fine. Am I out of luck until it gets sunny?

My only other idea is brushing on liquitex gloss varnish like I usually use for my acrylic painted parts but I'd be hesitant unless someone can confirm it will adhere well and not bubble

For the sake of anyone finding this on google, what ended up working (bizarrely) was soaking it in cold water for 3 hours, it got smellier and then less smelly so i think the one youtube comment I found was right that it pulls the solvent out faster

Obviously you have solved this already, and I wouldn't have had any advice for this specific problem, but if spray paint is tacky you can dust it with talc to force it to dry swiftly. This tends to lighten the colour and give it a matte finish, but can also be quite a nice surface effect. It's a trick that's helped me out with projects I've needed to get done in a rush.

Anyway glad to hear you managed to resolve your issue.

Same here for any hobby painting. I don't have a climate-controlled spray booth or studio space, so I generally save spray-painting projects to do on dry mild days outside in April/May and September/October.

This summer was super hot, a friend donated a air conditioner to me, it didn’t just keep me cool but robbed the ac out of the shed

The portable flood models can be found fairly inexpensive right now, might be worth investing in if you had humidity all summer long like I do

Humidity is my worst nightmare here for rustoleum paint…

If the humidity is high I don’t even attempt it
Yeah of course this is the experience that made me realize I need to buy the nice stuff at the art store not rustoleum or krylon or any of that nonsense from the hardware store haha. Live and learn i guess

…nothing wrong with rustoleum, I use it every single day
I live in a place known for rain lol, it's basically doomed
(also masking the paint colors was a giant hassle having to wait 48hrs between, ive had fine experiences with one or two colors of rustoleum but 7 was clearly too many)

I've thrown out all my rustoleum and believe it or not found ACE brand is the best ive found for Florida humid
