For gluing and sandwiching lycra suits (spiderman for me). I've seen others use bottom of shoes. But I was wondering, is it durable to use something like this?

If anyone has had success or tried different brands, I would love your input. I plan on flipping and doing acrobatics in my lycra, and I am still intending to put a shoe on the inside (like toms or something light with the soles removed).

These are nice finds. However, after reading the description, I saw that these are insoles. I'm not sure if they'll hold up doing acrobatics and stunts because they're probably not intended to contact the ground without damage. My guess is that these will wear out pretty fast if you use them for soles.

Yeah, I'm with Tyler on this one. I can't see those holding up, you'll want a tougher outsole for hitting the pavement with.

Those would be great as insoles though.

I see, yeah I know they're insoles. They are so much more available and would save me the hassle of tearing apart 2 pairs of shoes (one for inside one for outside). Thanks for the input guys, I'll make a post/video on how it turned out in the future. I love this forum.
