My girlfriend and I took a few hours off work to go and see it in the first available IMAX 3D showing, which was well worth it.
A great story, especially in the way it shows the impact of the events of Endgame.

There were some changes in the actual film compared to the trailer but that in no way effected my enjoyment of the film, it was just something that dawned on me when I got home afterwards.

I loved Mysterio, a great character and Jake did a brilliant job playing him.

The two end credits scenes were amazing, with huge implications for both Peter and then the wider MCU.

Far From Home as with Homecoming are fantastic in the way they weave into past elements and parts of previous MCU films. Homecoming using the post Chitauri invasion and their technology and how Far From Home weaves into Civil War, a really deft move, giving greater interconnection between the films.

Totally worth seeing more than once.

As a bonus, our Odeon cinema was giving away two really nice small prints.

No hide nor hair of the rumored Oscorp.

No real loss, it's had its time in the Toby Maguire and the Garfield films, time for new blood in the Spider-man MCU and thankfully with Feige's oversight we aren't getting the same things over and over.
I am so thankful that Marvel have such creative input over this new iteration of Spidey. If left to Sony alone, poor Tom Holland would just left to re-tread old ground having his Spidey take on Osborne, Electro or The Lizzard.
Excelsior!

Loved it!
Only had a bit of less love for two things:

1. I wish Peter had stood up for himself more with Fury. Manipulating him and his entire travel group for his purposes is NOT OKAY. That needed to be said.

and 2:
(the following is vague but still could send your wheels turning toward spoiler land)

The post-credits twist. I have no problem with a certain someone's location and activity, but "ha, we fooled you the entire movie" switcheroos annoy me.

Ah come on, Fury deserves a little R and R. Having an ally with shapeshifting abilities, why wouldn't you call in a favour to get them to cover for you when you want to take a short holiday.

1. I think that was the whole point of the movie, showing Pete stepping up, growing & believing that he is worthy

2. Explains why Fury stepped back & let Spidey handle things on his own & why he contradicted himself behaviour wise in the middle of the movie,....also kept you as a viewer uneasy because of Mysterio's illusions, you weren't 100% sure if you were watching Fury at times.....

Can't fault the film, everything paid off

Good to see a familiar face as JJJ also

I agree l don't want to see something we've seen before, but there were rumors online that Oscorp purchased the old Avengers tower. That's all l was trying to point out.

The movie was great. My only quips were the overly long battles with the drones, and how cliche the performance of Mysterio was. Especially the speech he gave his minions.

My wife had a huge issue with the ending of the film, and that Mysterio's team revealed Peter Parker's name. She's pissed and wants to know what happens next.

Apparently Maria Hill calls Fury "Nick", and that was supposed to be a hint that it wasn't really him. I liked that twist, it explained a few times where he wasn't acting exactly like he normally would. It also explains why he ends up giving him a suit which isn't far off from a ski outfit, and the fact why he couldn't really call in any of the Avengers.

I really liked this movie, Marvel sure knows how to keep things interesting. Mysterio turned out so good compared to the 1967 version in many ways with a modern day technology twist, he brought the illusions to a new level, totally fooled me when the plot turned, I expected it but thought Marvel was going down a different path. Really liked the "blip" and "Peter tingle" references, I thought it was fun and just light enough after the intense Endgame Saga. The ending left me like, what just happened...??? Really...Lol. Was that an illusion?? Let's see where this goes now...!!!

I repeat, "I have no problem with a certain someone's location and activity, but "ha, we fooled you the entire movie" switcheroos annoy me."

(and actually he wasn't on R&R, he was just on a little break during his work at his space SHIELD base or whatever it was)

Saw it yesterday with the family. While I liked it, I think they released it too soon after Endgame. I get the point... it was the endcap to the whole story. Still, I almost felt a underwhelmed. After an epic like Engame, I think I needed some time before I saw another superhero in action. And I'm a superhero fan. After a movie, I always ask the kids "what was your favorite part and why?". It always leads to fun discussions. Yesterday, I couldn't come up with anything that stood out, except the end credits scenes. It's pretty sad when the movie is a blur and the best part comes during the credits.
