Wow...so it sounds like he is threatening to keep your funds. Why not contact law enforcement at this point. Interpol or whatever should help, plus his local law enforcement office.

I have erred on the better side of judgement, only because it is MY $1932USD, made a deal with "the devil" and yup, still shafted.

I agreed,at the time, to delete my posts because "theyre hurting sales" <-phil.

I gave him 3 weeks to provide me with the items i had puchased, or a full refund...hes done nothing, except send me pathetic weak excuses.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS THIEF..(other choice words id like to use, but cant put here)

I apologise to those that 'told me so' however "a lesson learned keeps you from getting burned"

Furthermore, Phil has told me he visits this and other forums frequently and, whilst he cant reply, he CAN and does read everything...sooo,

anyone who reads this ...do NOT buy anything from Phil Snavely, SPFX, ebay nics the-iron-lung and his current nic kosmic-kustomz, because he keeps your money, spends it and delivers nothing!!!!!

Obviously his family, wife and kids (if he is allowed to spawn) have no clue as to the kind of theiving scum he really is, or if they do, theyre no better than he is.

I have his address and all relevant details and they have been emailed to Fresno PD thru the Australian Federal Police. I am in constant contact with officers from both depts and look forward to photos of Phil in his trendy orange coveralls

Internet fraud is a crime phil....please feel free to write me from Penn, whilst im visiting your partner ;)

This is in no way related to SPFX silicone masks makers just to clarify. I also would not delete this thread. It keeps other peoples money out of his pocket. I have lost money on bad deals and Wish I had known, and warned others at the cost of losing friends and money. Neither are worth being bossed around.

Below is a copy of the email i have forwarded to Fresno Police Dept, as to the best of my knowledge, is the city in which 'Phil~SPFX' resides..

Sir,
I am contacting in regards to continuous thefts of large sums of money thru ebay sales by a resident in your city (i beleive)

I have been unsuccessful with paypal,visa, ebay and my local and fedral police, so therefore i have taken it upon myself to contact you..i hope you can help in some way?

this person has several alias' so im not 100% sure what is his real name
1.scott nelmz is a name used with paypal
2. Phil Snavely
3. kosmic-kustomz is his ebay user id

I have it on good authority that this is his current residential address
170 National Ave, Clovis, CA

These are his current sales on ebay at 12:13pm sat August 27...

I purchased 2 items from him in April 2009, paid $1,932.00 AUD at the time, to refund it now,would cost him $2,068.00 and as of this date, have not received the items nor a refund, only pathetic excuses.

I have ALL the email contacts with him, although, as you might imagine, some of the later emails are rather 'colorful' in what i have to say to him.

I also have contacts from Denmark, Belgium, Italy, England and several other countries, whom have also been 'ripped off' by this person. I can provide you with email contacts with these people as theyve contacted me in the past. At a guess, he has stolen at least $10-$15,000 off people who buy in good faith. As we are all outside the USA, he would realise that none of us can go 'knock on his door'

I hope you can help in some way, i am personally at a wits end as to comprehend why i cant get any justice thru those ive previously contacted.

On a serious note though....death penalty. Seriously. If there was the death penalty for thieves I'd like to think there would be a lot fewer punks who think other peoples hard earned money is there's to do with what they will. I personally put thieves up there with murderers and rapists. Or if not the death penalty then at least eye for an eye you know? You steal my money I chop off both your arms. I'd call that fair.

As someone with their own business there is no excuse for this. If you can't complete an order because life gets in the way then you give the money back. And if the money is gone because you are having a real emergency situation at home then you tell the truth and try your best to either get that person their gear or pay them back even if it's in payments. I seriously hope that the authorities try to do something about this person but knowing Fresno.........................I wouldn't hold my breath. (I used to be from Visalia which is below Fresno so I know what it's like)

Someone at work showed me this site Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | Home and said I should file a complaint.

I wouldn't consider this resolved until the OP says so. This relatively new account posts their only message here stating it's resolved? Not buying it.

We very rarely restore content that members have removed, but in cases such as this it definitely is valuable information that needs to be accessible for the community members.

The OP of the thread and PRED1535 have received nothing yet,, so the issues why this thread was started definitely aren´t resolved.
