Spartan War hero armor set from Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Last portion of polishing (with some more attentiont to edges to make them extra shiny) and painting.

Tested rivets and they will not work with a 3d print so I will need to find copper screws and then file their heads to mimic the rivet like look

This weekend I'm trying to finish modeling of the last decorative coin that goes around my hips. Here is WIP.

Is this piece (stl files) available?
Cults or thingiverse? Looking for a half decent Spartan armour.

Hey, I tried to find few customers for it a while ago, but there was basically 0 interest so I'm keeping it to myself. Minus the helmet which I hope to put this month on Etsy.

Horse hair has arrived and the plume holder file is ready for printing. Hopefully the wool dye works as intended and by the end of the week I will be able to do some assembly :)

tiny update - I was able to dye some bandages yesterday to this dark dark brown color. They will be used on forearms and shins along with some fur

also, finally 3d modeled and printed the plume holder. I'm having some problems with my printer so it's not very clean, but it's not going to be that hard to clean anyway

Hey Cassius. Only just found this thread, your files are great. Would totally be interested is purchasing the armour set files, or the helmet at the least.

So... the dyeing didn't go very well.

Due to instructions suggesting regular mixing of the solution for 45minut I decided to unwarap all the hair and place it loosely in the pot. After moving it around for that amount of time... well, see for yourself.

Stupid mistake, but I was able to at least salvage some of it. Prabobly around 40%. Good thing I did it with only one tail, not 2 so that the second one has a chance of being more useful.

At least the color is kinda nice, deep red ;)

Small, but somewhat important update. After failing to use rivets which simply do not work with plastic I decided to finally use screws - in this case brass m2 (sides) and m2.5 (top) with washers and nuts on the other side. After i finish the costume I will electroplate both them and locking pins to have copper finish like the rest of the torso.

So yeah, at this point I consider hinges ready. A lot of work for something that small and perhaps insignificant.

I think I might be done with the face. I can add the remaining greek text and I can print and cast sometime this month :). Not going to be super accurate but considering placement - hips and size - 1 inch wide it should be good enough. I also realise once it takes a phsical form might look a bit different from this viewport screenshot
