Probably 2 spools of 1kg filament, a 3d printer, time, energy, sanding and painting and prepping the helmet for wearing. Overall, I'd say about tree fiddy.Yes, that's a pretty good rough draft. Naturally, it would also need the hinge so the front can open. If you did make it, what would something like this usually run about?
But seriously, if I were making it, about $100 USD all in to put one together. That would include buying a hard hat and some spray foam.
