Good news everybody ! The face plate is done! :cool

This is the first pull out of the master mold with the lenses and the new front grid .

Let the pictures speak for itself

Rebound 25 on the sculpt.

Plaster cast for the master mold

untrimmed vac form product in black polystyrene 0.80

and the final product with lenses and grid

Finally , the dome doesn't have the right shape size , i have to redo it

man that looks good. what did you use for the silver grill? a piece of sheet metal will give a nice effect.
