Guys , after few months of other project and a long 2 weeks of Chinese New Year holidays , we will be back in props work on this week .
First back and i would like to share a small update on War Machine . We have re work on the Wearable War Machine armor parts after more issue on casting , too many imperfect parts cause of the silicone mold damage . This cause we have to put more time on repair , re work details on the 2nd sets of War Machine wearable armor Master than make new molds .
Also re work on the War Machine helmet after seeing the original helmet pic from Legacy .
As for my previous version on War Machine helmet , the face plate sit on the helmet , ive decided to modify and improve so that it get closer accurate to the screen used War Machine helmet .
Re work on the top head so that the face plate sit in the correct place of the helmet body .

Leslee, ta say th' least you and your team have in my eyes recreated th' most accurate suit of War Machine armor and helmets that i have seen on this forum. further more i can't tell th' differences between th' old and new helmets . this is a credit to you and your team and your teacher as well keep us posted on th' progress of th' reworking of th' masters keep up th' awsome job bra.:cool

To add more greatness on your new WM helm, would you guys consider to make a tiny little adjustment on the part which photo below shows?

Some pics that i wish to share about the War Machine armor repair . This pics been taken about month ago. These are all the parts that ive selected that wasn't serious damage from casting . We have to do more repair , bondo , resculpting the details so that this will be the prototype of wearable armor of War Machine .

As u can see , this cause us more time attempt on the repair out from the damage mold . So , to save more time on this issue , we need to make new molds for every parts .
About 90 % done and ready for 2nd layer of primer :

Thanks bro Steve , this armor casting work is more difficult than i thought , 10 times crazy mind browing than the MARK III cause War Machine armor has all the straight line design , and more detail parts esp the weapons , opps i mean most of all parts from head to toe :sick. At first we thought that created most of the parts by plastic card will get better result and balance on all straight line , even less issue on casting , but all the imperfect will be easy spotted . When im back to the work shop on December and saw all the imperfect casting parts laying on the floor , that cause me about half of the day mute , with a big " O " on my mouth and scratching my head and think to myself what to do with all total of 5 sets " FAILED" of complete armor castcry
