Have you changed it from resin to ABS vacformed... The details look softer? But the Vacform must be far easier to plate vs resin were you get easier contamination. Also notice difference on the first helmet vs this were you now got the plate on top and not flat surfaced on the helmet.. Is this a new design?

Like how you did the faceplate. The colors are rich and nice!

We only re-size this helmet and modify it for open face plate , and re-mold it , but it is still made by resin and fiber.

Yes, cause the faceplate head vent part has to be modify to install magnet

I just recieved my IronMan hlemet with the open faceplate and I couldn't be happier!

Here is my review:

The helmet is definitely made with resin and fiber (Not sure if it's a combo of fiberglass and resin but I see fibers on the interior)

The helmet chrome process left a few Micro bubbles but nothing to be upset about. The red paint over the gold chrome gives it a rich color and the dulled gold faceplate looks perfect.

There are a few flaws in the helmets exterior, such as small "dents and bubbles" but it doesn't detract from the helmet at all.

It is too small for my head and I wear a 7 1/4 hat or a 57 in Indy Fedora speak.

The light up eyes look better in the photos but are fairly bright and the switch to turn them on is perfectly located near the chin and easy to switch on/off.

The magnets that hold the faceplate on and the rear neck part are really strong and clip into place perfectly without gaps.

All in all I am very happy with it.

On a scale of 1-10 I would give this a solid 9!!!

Thanks Brad for the review. I was wondering about the helmet as I have a large melon (23") & didn't know if it would fit me! Still though I'm very curious how the armor is going to look once completed...
