I'd totally use it as a legit water bottle at the gym. Lemme know if you decide to sell casts!
First main body pull coming on Sunday. I will be selling full finished casts affordably.:love

Good luck with Sunday. I know a while back you were talking about a removable head. I just watched Chamber of Secrets last night and the bottle that they showed either had the head on or the head off. You never see Madam Pomfrey removing it. I bet they used two bottles for the shots.
The head will be removable. No worries!
First pull of the main body out of the mold, and she's a damn near perfect junk pull. Molds gonna give us alot of life, and I'm really pleased. I can also set a good price on this, and get that part of this going, but more on that later. Pics tonight of the main body mockup.

I'm really interested to see how the casting came out and what your price point will be. I just back from the WWOHP a few weeks ago and saw it in one of the shops and would really like to add it to my collection. You done a great job so far with the sculpting and can't wait to see some pics!

First test paint and pull. This will mostly just be a base for getting the head and arms right.
Decal test is VERY rough. I'm gonna go more yellow with the white color, and more black for the aging(less brown).
More in a few days, and I'll get the interest thread going then. Look for a price tag around my usual prices.

Going with a semigloss dry transfer on this. Their just a smidge cheaper, and I don't have to run to the printers to get them done.
I've done two more castings to 'learn the mold' and I'm going to do a dual resin shell with foam filled body. mkes it nice and light, as well as cheap!
Head will be resin skinned and foam filled too, with arms being resin.
I'll most likely ge tthe hed and arms cast this weekend, and get some pics up aof a mockup soon after.

Chugging away on it. Didn't like the ribs on the bottles I cast, so I redid them. Pics on that redux soon.
Also, chucked and redid the head (again) and got it to where I want it. Just some smoothing and detail cleanup to do.
Arms and neck starting tonight, casting over the weekend.
Interest/FS thread going up probably Friday, will be preorder style (half up front, half upon finish). Price will be 95 bucks finished and shipped domestic/international. Will need ten to do the run(shouldn't be a problem). More on that later in the JY when it's official, but I thought a heads up would be fair.
