Silent Hill 2 Pyramid Head

Hello!

I'm sharing some pics of my Pyramid Head costume (The Silent Hill 2 Version)

The pictures were taken by my friend Leonard Chua and the post processing was done by me. The shoot took place in this really amazing abandoned building that we found in Singapore where I live and it's supposedly haunted as well

My friends Saiko and Syahidah were cosplaying the Bubble Head Nurses from SH2 as well.

This is great! I recently picked up the Silent Hill HD collection on PS3, and started playing through Silent Hill 2 again. I had totally forgot how scary the game is. I also forgot just how terifying Pyramid Head is, and how... err... "rapey" he is.

crimsonjester: the head was made from thick foam that was hotglued/duct taped together and then i put fabric over it and coated it with lots of gesso to create that 'fleshlike' texture and then i spray painted it and dry brushed with acrylic and finished it off with high gloss spray

Annadill: yes!! im not such a big fan of the movie 're-design' and i hate how he's always used as a form of fanservice. He was such a strong character in the 2nd game and they should have left it as that.

aeonpulse: haha i love the second game though im not sure i should get the HD collection since ive been hearing a lot of negative things about the bad coding in the ports
