Sideshow Endoskull has Arrived!!!!!

Could somebody put my mind at rest. I got mine this moring and its one of best made replicas I have ever seen and the finish is perfect. However looking at the bottom row of teeth they look alot taller than the teeth in the original head used for filmimg. Maybe I am wrong, if so let me know.

For those that haven't seen the pic I posted on page 2 of this thread, here is a T2 screen used skull. It has the "rainbow" and it appears that the bottom teeth are not as long as the ones on the SS replica.

Thanks Montagar, I did see the picture you posted. Looking at it again I am pleased the teeth are larger on the SS as it looks meaner even though not a true match to the original.(y)thumbsup

Yeah, it sure is evil looking.
I really like mine.

Are they still being produced? Everywhere says Sold Out or Backordered....

I really want a clean version...

They stopped making the clean version because of all chrome plating problems. That is why only the battle version remains. Same with the full Endo.

Do you see anywhere on my post where I said this was the sideshow version??? I just said I bought the last one last night on ebay..how would I have it in a case in my studio already??

Dont feel bad, I knew what you were talking about.
Nice case. Thanks for posting. Please post pics when you get the SS too.

As for the rainbow effect,.....Isnt the "Terminator" supposed to be made of Titanium????
Anyone ever see Titanium in person, polished?

The skulls appear to be the same just posed differently.
I dont mind subtle differences. There are different models and they are made to replicate "real" humans. Their ARE subtle differences in real peoples skulls. I.E., the Terminator/Arnie skull might be slightly different than the Terminator/whoever in the TV series.
Teeth would be a little different too.

Perhaps, Cyberdyne Systems model #101 (-A), (-B), etc..

The label on this thread does say Sideshow Endoskull so people might make some assumptions since you posted your pic in this thread.

Oh, welcome to the forum. ;)

I'm not so sure they won't continue at some point. They still need to plate the battle version before they weather it. Someone over on Statue Forum's cleaned off the weathering on his battle version very well and it looks just about as good as the clean version. Think he used nail polish remover. Came out great.

Link to that thread and a picture of it:

The Terminator is officially made of "chrome nitrogenate liquid U2 alloy".

The Series number of a Terminator (e.g. T-600, T-800, T-850, etc) refers to the type of endoskelton/combat chassis it has. The Model number is used to denote what kind of flesh covering it has - Arnie is a T-800 Model 101. A T-800 Model 102 would have the same endoskelton as Arnie, but look like someone completely different.

And the use of the term T-101 for Arnie in "Terminator 3" was just a screw up. :cool
