Show your Dr. Who props!

Well, Sir. It was your painting that motivated me to do my third round. When I saw your center explosion, I realized mine sucked, so on with more Mod Podge! :lol And after that, well, everything got the treatment!

Glad to be of service! Yeah that part was kinda challenging getting the right mix of directions & center piece kaboom.

Awesome g/f gave me a Tennant tie for v-day! Beside the one I made for Halloween.

Mine appears to be immune to hints of gifts I'd like to receive related to Doctor Who, Star Trek, Firefly, Star Wars, pocket watches...

At least she makes the worlds most epic meatloaf which I have been assured I'm getting tonight and shaped like a heart. Most people (including me) look at meatloaf and go "meh" but for some reason the way my wife makes it is delicious and perfect.

Man, I haven't good meat loaf in ages. And since I'm on my own now, I don't forsee having one any time soon since it's way to much work to make just for myself.

But back on topic. I'm in the process of making a Cube from the Power of 3. I had my dad cut me some wood to a 3.5" cube. Now to decide if I want to just have one painted wood cube or cast it and have a few resin ones sitting randomly around the apartment.

Willingness to dress as Ten and/or Gambit would be a requirement in a relationship for me, I think! I'd happily provide the props to that end.

My last boyfriend thought the idea of spending £300 on a sonic screwdriver replica was "stupid" "irresponsible" and "you'll never use it for anything".

Usually that argument is the other way around! :lol

I would never expect my wife to get me a replica prop. She wouldn't know where to start! She allows me to do my thing though and I'm thankful for that. :)

Haha! Well, I wouldn't expect a guy to buy me makeup - they know I know what I want better than they do, but I'm the type of girl who would rather have a new 3TB hard drive than a bracelet, and there would be no "trying to convince the wife we need a fullsize TARDIS in our livingroom as a conversation piece" arguments in my household!

Thank you! XD

I love this place because everyone is so passionate about what they love, and so ingenious and resourceful.

Never get between a woman and her Sonic!! :lol
Especially not if it's her sonic probe.

Yeah, £300 is ridiculous. 600 quid for one each is far more appropriate. :p

Also, the full size TARDIS should be built onto the house as a porch, and the living room a full TARDIS set. All the electronics should be controlled from there. <-- Dream house.

I'd hate to think how much money I have "irresponsibly" spent on replica Doctor Who props and other mechandise since the 1980s! :lol

Life would be boring if we only spent money on things we need and not things we would like. We only live once; we might as well spend money whilst we are alive, as we will be a long time dead!

(What a cheery thought! :behave)

i seem to be having trouble pasting a picture here so here's a link to a key that i made a little while ago
