Suggestion "Show all images" gallery feature

Some forums have a feature that can show all images contained in the thread upfront, in a gallery-like format. Would this be possible on RPF?

It'd be especially handy for many-paged threads with build pics interspersed throughout.

AVS forums has it:

At the far right, there's a box showing images from the thread. You can click "View all" to see a grid of all images posted throughout the thread's pages.

Very helpful, in my opinion. And what magic it would surely distill upon our RPF, if implemented

AVS is using Xenforo... a completely different platform (but one I really like). Let me see if there is anything similar available to us.
