Okay Friends, Thanks Guys for all the cool comments also the likes very much needed at this point keeps me sane. So I did some cleaning in the shop and oiling of the machines keeps the rust away. Some had a bit when I got them like the drill press had a bunch lots of PB blaster and I am starting to win the rust fight. Yep that was a cool trip got my autographs which I made frames for them today out there as well there is one autograph which is of the costume mask he started wearing at the beginning of that movie that autograph is for a friend the others are mine I did get my grandboy one of the darker one for his collection Here is some fun happening a bit Enjoy

On this mask in the movie it says something else he did not want ot offend anybody so he put flame resistant instead of flame retarded not myself wanting to offend anyone as well just saying
I also got a CJ gram signed in gold which is also framed on the monster shelf I thought I got a pic of that one as well me mind slip happens. So I also been thinking about a mallard duck all the thinking and studying will for sure cause some overthinking some where along the way. Okay Friends, Thanks Guys for the likes and comments as always They keep me making and doing out there in the old crazy shop. past couple days has been thinking and studying a bit on everything, preping and piddleing on equipment in the shop. I am always sharping something, and cleaning, oiling. I will be getting the mallard started in the morning should have already got started, Ibe starting this in the morning I know I am stalling I will be starting this in the morning can't stall anymore I just needed a bit to get focoused in on me projects at hand I am needing to make a super glue run, also a bit of epoxey glue.. I will have to grab a pic of the CJ Gram gold autograph now in a frame. I have also been studying the Galactica project what I need to kick this project off. I know I have all the models to build a full size studio scale Galactica that was my friends quest he wanted to build one I will just keep those models set aside for him and that project some day he was a cool dude. The Galactica I will build will be studio scale but a bit shorter scaled down a bit but a bit bigger than the one I had that got crushed. I will get on this project shooting for after halloween. checking on some plastic for the skinning of the ship also some inner parts. Guys I have enjoyed all of you guys kindness and cool just being a part of all this its what its all about. Thanks Jim

Okay Friends, Thanks Guys for the likes and comments much needed. I don't know why I said I will be starting this in the morning like 3 times in a roll wow me mind must have been slipping that last post. So as said I did get the mallard started, it is basicly in shaping stage after bandsawing it all out. I really have to be careful now with the bandsaw cause I put a new blade on it and it really cuts and is a bit grab to it. I have been also studying the BSG build coming up setting stuff up for that to happen. If I had more room I would go for the full size studio scale one, but if I size it down some I should have room. I might have to do a bit of rearanging, the other fit in me room just fine then I put it in storage for a bit whilest some painting was being done and me floor. All this then the phone call from the storage place asking me to come down there was a problem I was thinking theft but I could see as I pulled up. Oh well no more of that BSG and I can't say I haven't tryed to get another no more. Now its time to make one this will be a cool project, now that I have more tooling. I only have one thing to share today, tomorrow will be a new story cause I will get a bunch of pics of whats going on in the shop. Honestly I do feel like I have stalled a bit here for a couple days. I have been draging limbs and doing some needed other work as well. No more pool but me daughter has done ordered a new pool, which she wants to relocate it farther back in the yard we have a big yard but me like if I can get all the other dogs to quit pooping in me yard I do have a red rider it works sometimes when I catch them in the act but mostly I clap me hand real hard and that makes them run away. Yep wifey got all over me for that, put me in time out. Here is some CJ Gram I got as well
Yep I need to finish out my American wolf in London collection which I will when I deliver the batmobile might happen depends on what me might see. So Guys I will have a bunch to share tomorrow as said mallard is coming along got to show some of the process. Back to the shop in the morning then we will see what happens next. Thanks Jim

Okay Friends, Thanks for the likes and comments really needed badly, So I do have some to share but wow what a day. I took wifey to work then only had time to finish me coffee then off to the Dr with my daughter one of me grandboys wasn't feeling well we had to pick him up from school then we had to wait till the appointment. I didn't have time to get to the shop at that point I had to sit in the car with my other Grandboy he is only 2. lots of running today. I did go to the shop and do some studying on the mallard and the BSG I have all my research spread out on one of me new benches time to start using that bench. Oh me Grandboy turned out to have strip throat and got him self a shot he is 6 I have a bunch of grandbabys. Okay now back to the shop which I just now came in from its to late in the day to get into a mess as said just did some studying, but here is some fun from today in the shop. Enjoy
Okay Guys, not much but at least something wifey is off in the morning no interuptions I should be good out there in the old shop. All the BSG refrence was me friends it was in a big box with a bunch of models to build the studio scale one which there was 2 big boxes of these models marked BSG and this folder was in one of them. One day when I have the room I will build a full studio scale one, I think these pics are of the Jim Crevelings BSG. Yes this would be a nice tribute to my GREAT Friend as said miss him greatly. He willed me his whole hobby shop and stuff he had in his home shop all in storage several 1/4 scale cars a conley cobra and 3 conley dragster engines a dragster 2 sprint cars a bunch of skellenger rear ends I think the sprint cars have skellenger rear end in them a big F-16 jet rc a couple rc heles like I said a whole hobby shop. This is where I got a bunch of my tools. He never married and me and him was close we use to go flying rc planes and heles I had a nice jet ranger electric conversion rc hele but I sold it wish I still had it, but one of those in storage was his jet ranger hele but his is nitro fuel which I plan on converting it to all electric, just bringing myself to do it I was at the storage place a couple days ago just checking things I go about every other week checking on stuff wish my BSG was in there well his is but in kits needing to be made. Okay Friends one day I just might get busy and drag all that out that will build one and get on it. But I will need a display room a big one this was my plan during my shop expantion that couldn't happen cause of a power wire in the way and they would not relocate it. So I just did a upgrade to the old shop now all me lights are on the fritz. Stay around and lets see what happens next no running tomorrow lots of work to get done Thanks Jim

You are rite on it is a personal build the guys name is Jim Crevelings he sold it I wish I was the buyer its cool to see just the skin and no greeblies this is how mine will start out and you know I will be sharing the whole build I think this guy still has a web site of the same build pics I have just search his name and Battel Star Galatica build should find it easy Thanks Friend For sure Thanks Jim

Okay Friends, Thanks very much for the comments and likes, I have even more of these pics of the Crevelings BSG and I will be sharing along the way on this build. I am on a mision to gather bits and will more than likely be making all the greeblies on my build cause I will be shrinking them down a bit for my scale which is still quite big 4-5 foot deciding on this as I study this project. Okay as for today I got busy on the mallard and really made a dust pile which you will see for yourself. So there is still a bunch to do on this and you can see a bunch of how I turn myself into a 3d printer as how I will makest all the BSG parts and bits of greeblies all over. Also I might try another trick instead of burning now the wing feathers will have to be burned more than likely this trick will be a fail we shall see on that note How bout a mallard Enjoy.
I build a cardboard wall and I have a big shop fan I keep all that off me and direct it mostly out the door I still have to air blow everywhere and that is a dust pan full of carvings kind of a wind tunnel effect it works some I will have to open the big door when all the main dust is over and break out the leaf blower and blow the whole shop out I need that dust collector I can build a simple one I havest all the bits to get er done
what I am doing here is lineing up and programing the printing process more lineing coming
time for more line programing of me brain

Okay Friends, I really Thank All you Guys for the likes and comments, This is what RPF is about. So I didn't even think of laying out some more BSG pics like you said Analyzer, it looks cool with no greeblies, naked yep I will get some for the next post so stay tuned on that. Okay onward this duck is a very smooth duck but he does have detail which is where I focoused my efforts at today, and there is still abunch more to do on this process. I have been wanting to go ahead and cut some more of the batmobile interior parts have them ready for whenest I am able to go get some glue right now me jeep sits in the drive way needing a total front end replacement which is on the list for in the morning. I am a jack of all trades this will be fun I might get a pic or two of this adventure shouldn't take to long then back to cutting something. Also in making anything I am now working to clean up the work as well now the duck has texture and a BSG part will be clean and smooth. Sorry guys to ramble on did a bunch today mowing helping a next door friend with some mowing seems like it takes more gas than it use to wonder if the gas is being cut some how cause it has taken 5 tanks when what I mowed before it only took 2 tanks hum hum. Okay Friends, A crazy couple days got the jeep all done, what a project that was lots of disasemblely had to happen but its done. Now I will have to get it lined up this will be pricey but I did all the hard hot sweaty work and its nice and tight now. So as I was saying in the last post about some BSG pics I layed them out so you can see them more me printer was running out of ink also you can see a big window seems like that caused some glare when the fellow took the pics Analyzer you should get a kick out of this one a Naked BSG no greeblies at all and it does look cool. I also have a story why the bottom looks so greeblied up and the top is so plane I know why. Cause the producer said they needed the model now and they flipped it over and did what they could to the top. it worked out that way a very cool ship which I grew up on love it. me big back yard and me old shop the add on was going to start at the ball goal back to the fire pit those plans was struck down but me am thinking of a new ideal for a expansion we shall see. Also my wind sock those blue ribbions hanging down no wind blowing for drone flight.
Theres old me taking the pic, so we had a trip to go on and one of these hubcaps blew off and went right under a semi tire it was destoryed so I need a few items and I will paint these wheels and clear coat them done already done some for a fellow across the street just needith me some reducer and laqure thinner and its on cause I still have plenty of this paint left over from his onward

Okay Friends, Thanks guys for the likes and comments really needed, so thinking the jeep was driving just fine. Now it has a popping sound so a bit more work on this to figure out whats going on shouldn't be to much. Also went and ordered me plastic sheets for the BSG build also some vinyl sheets still studying this project. Yep this popping started this afternoon had to take wifey for a couple mri so today has been spent the Dr thinks they might have torn her breakelplexis if that is how it spelled and her shoulder she still can't raise her right arm very high without a bunch of pain we will get her fixed I told her I can get some super glue and fix it. I am hoping to get back at it after I drop her off at work with a popping jeep I am thinking might be the tie rods I replaced everything but that we shall see I will have a bunch to share tomorrow if everything hits right. Okay Friends, Thanks to all you guys for your kind comments and likes, its been a tough couple days extreme heat really been hot in the old shop but I have been picking at it. Also the jeep had the wrong parts on it the reason for the popping and creeking. I now have all the right parts for this project and they gave me a full refund and the new parts free. I have the front a broke down but as said its just been to hot to get after it so we been kind of stuck. Wifey got all her results back now she has to have a ct scan and a ultrasound, the mri showed her shoulder is pretty tore up what the Dr called and told her many tares also some nodgules probley spelled that wrong as said she is tough as nails. I watched a u tube vid about mask fest and seen Ghostly Productions booth small but cool Lugosi looked cool with the eyes hanging there. Tomorrow my friend there is getting married and after I get the jeep back together we will be going to that. So Friend here is a bit of my picking Enjoy

Okay Guys I am ready for a real model build been really studying the BSG and prepping for this been to hot for much of anything out there the shop fan is blowing just hot air so I hit it for a bit go in and cool off the go hit a bit more next I will rough in the tail feathers then a bunch of smoothing has to happen then I will start the wing feathers but before I do this I will finish the head and bill set the eyes still got a bunch to do on this. And as far as juggleing I have done dropped all the pins but I have been skipping around hitting this and that all at once the batmobile is in process and been cutting parts for this I will have a update on this project soon also prince is still just a blob of foil head and upper body formed not to where I want it yet need some supplys and can't do that being stuck after the weekend I will be back on track between wifeys appontments. And Really Friends I do Thank you all for following along and the thought fullness is a blessing to us both hang around still lots to do and get done see what happens next Thanks Jim
