They look like designer shoes. Prada, puma and zegna have made that general style in the past. And if they are designer shoes, then there's a very slim chance that you'd find them for sale.
Yeah, they seem to be of that "driving shoe" designer mode that has been popular amongst some trendy men since around 2004. Puma started marketing their line of driving shoes in regular stores. These don't look like Puma's though. Sorry that's not much help but I would definitely go designer or trendy sporty Euro routes over specific sports shoes.
Also some driving shoes have that kind of split as well for "heel/toe" work on the pedals.
Piloti makes some though they usually have small nubs on the soles...
