Shaun the sheep is one of my son's favorite cartoons,I have to see if I can make one for him now. I'm an absolute beginner at creating things,so I'll have to make the limbs and head out of clay.
Get some Black Sculpy. Use wood tooth pics to reinforce the legs. Good luck!

Would you happen to have a link to the blog? I'm in the midst of trying out a Gromit, but I can't get those danged hands right! Making hooves seem infinitely easier. Not sure if this was the same blog, but I had found this and been thinking about trying it out too.

I went to Uni with a guy who's housemate works at Aardman and even worked on Shaun the Sheep for a couple of years, I'd love his job.
I'm still holding out hope for another Wallace and Gromit film.

So, Ill do another, Im getting into more of SHADOWBOX stuff, as I have a CORPSE BRIDE project and a JAMES/PEACH Project Im going to do first. But yeah,..I love the ALIENS!

A James and the Giant Peach character would be awesome, I'd love to see you do a sculpt of some of the characters.
There were some great reference pictures on prop store or was it screenused.com they have a James model with all the various replacement heads.
Also PiH sold a few off some years ago, I think I have the PDFs of the auction catalogues somewhere, if not check the PiH site.
