Billy puppet from The SAW Franchise

I have been working on a FUNCTIONAL Billy puppet from The SAW Franchise. I have sculpted the head from, approximately, a child sized craft mask and the puppet head is what I considered a mark 2 but I'm working to eventually improve the head to a more accurate look in the future. The face shell was made out of paper clay, sort of like the original from what I gathered in information, and when the face shell dried, I coated it in fiberglass resin to preserve it, again, like the actual prop after the production of SAW 2, I believe. it was somewhere between the productions of Saw 2 and 3. The mark 2 head was designed to be repaired by parts, so I made it to be taken apart for maintenance purposes, and I have then had gotten it painted. I have made a mark 3 head sculpture to one day get molded using silicone rubber. Here are some pictures of the mark 2 face shell and the chin piece and mark 3 sculpture. in my personal opinion I feel the Mark 3 is THE one closer to what I'm after in terms of the accuracy, but still a few details to mull over before molding takes place. I can't mold the head as of now but the time will come along hopefully soon.

That looks GREAT!

As for the eyes, I actually used my Ender 3 to 3D print out a set to make Billy's eyes. I used 3 RC tie rod ends to make the eyes more versatile in the movement. And I did filler prime and sand each eye since I intended to make them the final resulted pair to go inside Billy's head And this is a little "test demonstration" on the eyes within their pivot point within the their centers. And I MIGHT need some help from the crowd if you someone can. I am trying to find a downloadable template for Neo's coat. I am on a limited budget, but I need to find a highly detailed free template, long story short I thought it would make a pretty good base for a Jigsaw "Trench-Robe" I tried looking online and I was only able to look for this one on Pinterest but I started to speculate it's inaccuracy and I can't translate the language it's in other than what google image search is telling me, which is not even close with some of the words that are on the sewing pattern. If there is anybody who can help me out in terms of templates and/or help me to know if this is an accurate enough template, I would be glad for you to help me out, Thank You! :)

Your version is very good! I am curious to see how you replicated the hands. On mine I just did something simple as he is wearing gloves to cover lots of sins. I made sure he will be able to grip the handlebars on his tricycle.

And what size is your fellow? Mine is a size 4t which I think is in keeping with the general size in the movies.

Thanks for posting your fellow.

You're welcome. Sorry for the delayed reply to your comment. And to answer your question, I actually SAW how someone was using poseable wooden artist hands, so I thought it would be terrific to incorporate it into my own take on the prop without worrying about poseable wires in the fingers as it's less likely for them to snap in half in each finger segments, and to save up my time and money, I am deciding to 3D-print mine, as well for the sake of having the hands accurate to size for his height. As for the suit's size, I was debating about which size to go with especially with a custom sculpted head as seen in the posted pictures. Because I didn't want him to look too comical in either his noggin looking too big or too small in his appearance, so my plan is to wait and flesh out the body's height as the finished head is attached for referencing the head to body portions, and trim and cut a bit at a time until the head fits his body and from there, I can pick the suit by size and look. Thanks for your reply to my post! :)
