Second Sister Helmet (from 3D model to Complete)

In our workshop JAT Props we started project for our friend from 501st.
Because we have created bunch of clones and almost started Purge Troopers.
We decide that it will be good point to have Second sister for us

So we started from helmet that basic form we grab directly from game.
We decide to do it in 2 variants:
1st manual , 2 pieces helmet
2nd with animatronic.

So I present you our first 3D tenders of manual helmet.
It will be connected via magnets.

Directly from printer.
First raw print (still have missing details on ear) & first arrangement on print bed.
Layer: 0.24mm /Nozzle: 0.6mm

And test on model head.
Still not touched with sanding or any magnets installed.

As mention before we missed details on ear + need to make seam on back part more.
But first 3d print test was sucessful
