I guess this in itself is a feedback thread, and I make no assumptions on how useful it would be. Kind of like having a 'recaster' list, it's been suggested numerous times, but just by creating that list would require an entire new rule set to govern and decide how it would function. I'm up for trying anything, though, and it would definitely be nice to have a place that at least gives a yea/nay. I guess I just feel like I can't say 'due diligence' enough, though. Google Snikt Shop.

Yeah, and side note, I have no idea what the proper nomenclature is on my two cents, MTC, m2c, etc... I guess if I wasn't such a lazy ass and actually typed the words out, I could prevent any unnecessary confusion, IMO. LOL. :)

They probably sent him a letter and told him he would have so many days to respond. He's a dumb*** so he probably didn't think he had to respond. His mindless followers probably have no idea what the BBB is anyways, so the F they gave him is useless.

Also, if you were going make your idol sign your products for a giveaway, you might want to buff out those 80 grit sandpaper marks. Shotty work from a con man.

I'm for a feedback subforum. It's not a lot of effort and it's not like it's a new concept people have to get used to :< It's pretty common and just another extra easy layer of "protection".

But the argument to that would be members like Sithcamaro. Member for 13 years (IIRC), great reputation for about 9 solid years, then he flaked and screwed over numerous people. His rep feedback would have easily been great and would have made people comfortable in giving their money to him. Even good members can turn bad and screw you over. So feedback or not, you can skill get scammed.

Yeah that happens and it's unfortunate, but at least in the case it will help out a little. Instead of people keep ordering from him they can lookup his feedback thread and see that he's been flaking lately. Inevitabely there will be a phase where some people will get screwed over, and then likely a thread on the junkyard would be made about all that stuff and you can just hope that new buyers read it (like this here thread). But if there was a feedback subforum most people would check the feedback thread before ordering instead of maybe finding the thread in the junkyard and issues would likely come up sooner.

That's exactly what the BBB does, it sends the letters out and gives a certain number of days to respond. (I want to say it's ten days?)

I was the contact for the BBB when I worked at a place in the cities a few years ago, having to clean up my boss's messes, deal with customer service complaints, etc., and just about all they ever do is send a letter, no followup or phone calls. They don't have any legal weight anyways, and you can't always trust the info that is posted. I'm still listed as the contact under my old place of work on the BBB site, and I haven't been there for a dozen years :D

Call the Attorney General. Call and call until you get an answer. If you really want to bury this a-hole, you'll have to be persistent, the CJ system is quite lazy.

he should take pictures of him at party city and say those are of him in his "shop"

No but that Len Wein photo does look photoshopped to me...I'm sure he's reading this right now and I want to continually remind this Winant fool that he makes a ****** looking Wolverine. You're too fat and outta shape, bub...........Yes, you can whine about my comments on your shop page.

Both photos (claws and him with Wein) look really photoshopped. Wein was undoubtedly at the comic store. Seems jim / david / logan / etc was as well. But there's no way the photos are unaltered. seems like in the first one he put the claws on Wein and in the second he put himself in the pic.

What's weird, though, is nobody on his page seems to even suspect this at all.

i dont think its shopped. i think its ****ty camera work. theres plenty of pics on the comic page of the signing and he's there as well as iron man and a ****ty looking bumblebee.

The lighting is off for me. I took a photography class in college and was taught a way to look up the file info of the photo to find out but I forgot...If only I could remember UGH...Wait he was there as Tony Stark and Bumblebee? Wat...He can be anything else he wants, just not Wolverine...It's damn near insulting.

Really? I can't find those pics, only the ones on the snikt shop, iamyourheroes, and big red comics. Also, looking at Big Red Comics FB page, somebody posted that the Snikt Shop said it was endorsed by BRC, but Big Red Comics apparently had no idea about this.

Edit - I found the other pics. Still don't think Snikt shop's photos look right, though.

Ok, ok...Saw the other photos...But he is a good deceiver as we are learning so who knows. We do know he takes shortcuts, check out his horribly photoshopped muscles.
