Scaling issues!!! Please HELP!!

When I print my Sharkmark VI helmet scaled down it doesnt print the lines. It only prints the numbers!!!! I am trying to scale it down to .90. I've already fully pepped the full size helmet and 2 sizes of the "tester" and had no problems. Im using the same settings and only changing the scale. Anyone have an idea??

I have seen screen resolutions omit linework at particular view percentages, but never heard of printers doing the same, so let's troubleshoot like good IT folks...

- are the lines still present on screen view when missing in print?
- are the missing lines a particular color that you may have run out of on the printer?
- if you tried it at, say, 91% or 89%, same result?
- if you tried it from another printer, same computer?
- another computer, same printer? (not that having pep installed on another computer is terribly convenient)
- another computer AND printer?

Try to increase the value in Setting -> print settings -> thickness of line, maybe ?

or you can make sure that your setting is being printed in Vector. I had the same error the first time I printed 'cause it was on bitmap.

-Yes still visible on screen
-Printing in black w/ new catridge
-Printed at 100%, and testers in 93% and 88%

Might look into that. I think I was printing in bitmap.
