I didn't notice an 'introduce yourself' area so, hi, I'm new to RPF but hear great things about the forum so hopefully this will be the start of a long beautiful relationship.
I've got a Creality CP-01 which after a few learning hurdles prints and adheres, when it prints it does a fine job for what I need.
However, I'm having weird problems which quite a few google searches don't help with.
As a little context I'm playing with modelling in blender (it's free and it makes sense to my brain) and I started out using Creality's own slicer (Creality Print 5.1) and have now moved to Prusa Slicer 2.9.2.
I moved away from the Creality slicer as firstly all the prints look a little janky and secondly the nozzle would reliably clip the last layer of infill or leave dead spots and end in spaghetti.
When Prusa prints come out they look lovely but recently I'm coming across an issue whereby the printer will just stop extruding (but continue it's pathing). It will happen at the same point (to the naked eye) with the same gcode. It doesn't seem to be after a reliable amount of time or length of filament and it's driving me nuts.
Any tips on whether I keep burrowing down the rabbit hole of Prusa settings or is this more likely a printer problem reading the gcode?
Although I'm no expert I've skimmed the gcode in notepad and there doesn't seem to be anything obviously wrong. Happy to share the gcode if it helps.
Thanks in advance for any help
