Scaled figures for WOTC AT-AT?

Wanting to do a diorama of Hoth, using the Wizards of the Coast gaming miniatures AT-AT, since its out of scale with their own figures, what other source of figures could be had? I believe the WOTC AT-AT is at 14" tall. Any suggestions figures wise and snowspeeder?

I have one of these... and I really like it actually. I'm going to go on a VERY unscientific method here... I have a 1/48 speeder displayed with my MR Walker and it looks the part pretty well.

The WOTC walker is "about" 1/2 scale to the MR waker (1/2ish as tall). With that logic a 1/96 scale speeder should look about right. untested, unverified no measurements taken... That is your mileage may vary... BTW the WOTC men figures look about right to the MR walker...

The Revell Walker is generally considered to be around 1/72 ish. It is about 12 1/2" tall

So, if the Wizards of The Coast one is around 14" tall, it is probably closer to 1/64 scale.

I think at that size, the Revell Easy Pocket Snowspeeder kit (not to be confused with the larger Easy Kit ) would be almost perfectly matched for it.
Here it is with the Revell Walker's feet in the background

As far as figures, the old metal RPG miniatures from West End Games might be a good fit as they seem to be about the right size (maybe a tad biti on the bigger side based on the few that I have)
