SAW puppet size?

Hi,
I have seen somewhere that the real prop was 42" tall, but the Medicom replica is only 30". So which is the correct size? I love this series of films, best horror movies in decades (besides "the Ring").

Coulda sworn I read somewhere that the Medicom one was not full scale.

the actual doll is about 41-42. The medicom one is not the right size, doesn't look to good, and quite frankly, i am dissapointed, especially for what they are charging, so I made my own, and am working on another right now so I can sell one on ebay when the 3rd movie comes out. My advice, don't go with medicom, the only good thing about it is the face, and that's not dead on either. But it's not up to me what you do, so, have fun. lol

Cool. I thought the Medicom was inaccurate in details. The face is too smooth, like idealized. I like the fact the puppet's face looks like papier-mache or carved wood. I would be interested in seeing your's Spiderfan

I'll take some pics for you, and the actual puppet was made from wood, in the first movie at least. In the second I'm sure they sculpted and made theirs out of resin, but still maintained the rough look. I'm working on some new methods of making mine. I'll take some pics and let you see, the one I'll be taking pics of has sort of a smoother face, but I could make it rougher for you. I'll be sure to take pics for you tonight, I'll put them up either tonight or tomorrow. Thanks for the interest.

creepy, and it's late, thanks. now how the hell am i supposed to sleep? if it were daytime, i'd say it was freakin' awesome, but it's nighttime and now i'm afraid to turn off my light...why does my hallway have to be so long....

Sorry bud, but I can only take that as a good compliment... Billy (his name according to his creators) is supposed to make you not want to sleep. lol
