Saruman comstume *in process*

Hi, I'm smithing a saruman costume from Lord of the Rings. I've already weld the staff. The costume itself is in process. I haven't the white/transparent sphere yet, and the LED's aren't installed, but this is the basic form. I made a .dxf file for the metal cutter.

Ah, and the sheet on the backside is missing because it's the only way to place the sphere.

Yes, looks great so far. There are 2 different versions of his staff. 1 has a plain flat end and the other tappers down to a point, kind of like a table leg.

Very cool that you're making the staff yourself! How heavy is it?

Ohhh, you mean the weight? xD Sorry, german language, I meant how hard it was to build. It has with the batteries 2.74 kg.
