I started this build about a yr ago and I have finally gotten around to molding it. Here is my creation process. I use 3d max and I 3d printed it in sections spending many hours sanding and filling in the print lines. I loved the design of the helmet so I wanted to make sure this mold came out as good as possible. Here are some images of my work.
I had to sand down and reprimer the helmet before molding. We just wanted to know what the final product would look like. I am about to make my first pull on Wed.
