Salzo V3 X-wing kit... review

I received my kit a week ago today.
Put simply I can't say enough good things about Mike and dealing with him for the first time has been a true pleasure. His customer service is impeccable as is the craftmanship of the kit. The castings are superior to any I've personally held. Crisp , perfect detail with minimal clean-up. If you are on the fence about purchacing this model don't delay.

The Salzo V3 IS the ultimate studio scale X-wing.

Cool Jamie, one nice touch was Mike already modded the std cockpit to fit right in the hull, i WILL be using this cockpit as its a no brainer for studio accuracy lol.
I taped up my hull today and placed the nose cone on, man, its beefy, and the new wings rock too, leading edges are clean and crisp as can be, some of the best casting ive seen on a studio kit TBH.

Gotta agree here Lee. The casting is as good as the Cutting edge modelworks resin (Aircraft parts , now defunct) . Mike is also the most trustworthy garage kit producer i have dealt with.

I can't wait to get mine, it'll be here on Wed. I plan on making Red 5, with lights and all. I got some new weathering techniques I want to try out, it's going to be a blast.
