Am learning to do some CAD for my Iron Man suit, but decided to do a little side project;



I'll hopefully start 3D printing the first next week, just as soon as I've finished the current print job.

What is with the lip on the upper portion? Sabine has a very rounded helmet.

No lip - just the way the cylender joins the dome......



There is a slight cheek indentation which I'm not overly happy with, but the paint job makes difficult to see exactly how it's formed.
