thank you for the kind words, in all honesty the time it has taken has been mostly out of my hands but I have been stressed and anxious about.

I never meant for it to take this long but the world went " back to normal" for a moment so I got all these quick quotes, then it went back to crap and quotes and prices were extended.

I hope that bringing the price down for the blade and hilt make that long wait a little more worth it.
 
Hey everyone, we said give us a week or so 6 days ago.
We are about halfway thru the invoicing to add the blades and should be done by tomorrow night.
But If you don’t get an invoice by Wednesday(a week from when we said it would take us a week to update all the invoices) then you can start inquiring about your blade request because In that case you may have been missed( still highly unlikely that will happen as we went they the request one by one to create or spreadsheet keeping track)

We have been working on this with Guabe since September 2019 and are glad that it is finally wrapping up!

We did not rush this and decided to go with the details as seen on the season 2 version and have studied the references available to us.
There certainly is multiple version and we decided to take the aspects which represent this model the best.
The glossy shine and grip coloring is inspired by what we saw in Book of Boba Fett.

Install Kit will be included with all reserves.
Install kit will include the chassis to hold the electronics, the pcb set to connect the dark saber to the blade, and the switch pcb which will have 2 tactile switches and accent leds to illuminate the button as seen in the season 2 finale. The kit will NOT include a battery, speaker, soundboard. We will have links on where to source those and how to install them into this kit.
If you do not add the install kit at the time of deposit we can not guarantee the price as we will be making the chassis and pcbs in bulk. Smaller orders of the items could cost up to twice as much but we will try to stock the pcb parts for the blade and switches at saberbay and the chassis will be available at ShrtokCustomWorx shapeways shop too along with crystal chamber inserts you can order in metal like his past designs for other hilt models.

THE BLADE
This hilt will not accept a standard blade. The Saber Trade has been working with us to provide a blade option! We are having one of our factories make the blade parts injection molded and SaberTrade is assembling the molded parts as the assembly has been something they have been working on for years now.
We will be offering The blade kits for $240. The kits will come with the require LED strip.
To assemble the blade kit will just require soldering 3 wires from the LED strip to the PCB. Then placing the PCB in the PCB holder and pushing it into the bottom of the blade.

Shipping to installer?
If you are having it shipped to a saber installer or shop you can let us know at anytime and we can change the shipping address.

Can I still reserve one?
For those who requested to be on the run prior to 2/11/22 you are guaranteed a place in the run for a price of $400 for hilt kit and $240 for the blade kit.

For those requesting after 2/11/22 you will be placed on a list for a small amount of remaining units and given a chance to purchase.
The cost will be $420 for the hilt kit and $240 for the blade.

They are in full production and expected to be shipping in next few weeks, from there we have to take the handle to the local shop for powder coating the handle to get the desired finish, then we are boxing them up

It’s either people paying In full or “ why did you send me an updated invoice?” Emails lol

I get it though, no problem ! This would be less confusing if there had not been so many delays. =(

Hey, I actually followed the instructions this time. I made sure I had my readers on when I read your message.:lol:
 
I got a Pay Pal invoice for $468 today. I just ordered the hilt and payed the $200 on 1/31.

Why am I getting this invoice?
 
The total of the Darksaber and the Blade and shipping. You paid $200 deposit for the hilt. You owe 200 more on that. Now the new revise invoice is for the remainder of the hilt plus the blade and shipping. Justin asked all of us to pay another deposit half of the blade total for the blade is 240 so you must pay 120 to be current . If you pay the new deposit, you'll be a total 320 paid. with a balance of 348 to be paid. Anybody please correct me if I am in error

Wait a second. I paid a total of $640. First deposit, remaining + blade.
