How close are we to the number needed? Also, did anyone find the scope mounts?

This doesn't do us any good, I found 2, they sent open box/ returns and 3 or the 4 were missing thumbscrews.

We have 34 , at 35 I will ask the shop to work quotes for 40 and 50 kits


No scope rings yet but I have a solution. Tasco makes a scope ring that can be modified to look like the NCStar version but it may be kind of expensive to do it that way.

The shop was going to work on that but they have to fix the light sockets for the M-19 scopes for the ESB Run first.

I would be interested in a kit and mauser, but I don't want to commit until I know the cost just become I have no idea what it could be.
I'm new to blaster runs, so I have no idea what a ballpark for this would even be.

Just in case any of you were wondering what the completed kit looks like here is mine from the last run. It's my favorite piece. Everyone that comes over to the house has to look at it and hold it.

Will these flash hiders have only one screw?

The run from 12 years ago had the visible screw, as well as a recessed set screw, which wasn't accurate if I'm correct.

Only want the visible screw, please.

The run from 12 years ago had the visible screw, as well as a recessed set screw, which wasn't accurate if I'm correct.

Only want the visible screw, please.

Some people think that there are 2 holes in the flash hider and others disagree.

On the last run I offered both, but on this run I plan to reduce the number of variations for the parts to make it easier for the machine shop.

For instance the Beveled Washers for the scope bracket will be the "accurate" slightly reduced diameter and the Scope Rail will be the "accurate" offset version.

Project member bill313 found 25 sets of the correct rings and will ship them to me on Monday.


If he had not found the rings, I would have had to pay the machine shop to modify a similar ring and then they would have had to make the clamp block, threaded rod and thumb screw.

It would have added a considerable amount of more to the cost of the project.



We all owe Bill a huge THANK YOU because he saved everyone a lot of money
