*** Rubies Darth Vader to ROTJ Reveal Helmet ***

Hi guys!

I' ve been working for two years on a Darth Vader full suit, and now I have bought an another Darth Vader Helmet. In this case it's a Supreme Edition (you know is Rubies), but it is modified...


So I decided to modified it again (this time by me) to make a Reveal Helmet like the one in ROTJ film.

Having lots of problems to find the correct position and dimensions, finally I put a perfect circle on the top of the mask, and then putty to cover all the holes. Here it is how is it going until now.

Next step will be make resin or kind material keys for the top of facemask.

I covered all the mask with scotch tape:

And now again cover it with car putty (like Bondo but not that brand):

The Sideshow Reveal bust is not the best source to build a good ROTJ Revealmask.
Better use pics from the expos.

You might want to ask kroenen77 he has made resin recasts of the expanders because it's almost impossible to find the real thing. I hope this helps
