Is the pointed crease on the right cheek on the helmet in ESB? I looked at screen caps and didn't notice it. Unfortunately there aren't many shots in the movie that show that side very clearly.

It’s ESB. Those cracks happened well after filming and handling of the helmet. You wouldn’t find them in the movie. But the paint marks are correct. There are pics floating about of it with the cracks being on display somewhere.

It's the ESB helmet with the RotJ SE era damage. The mould of the ESB helmet was made circa 2012 (by eFX) so it has all the damage present around that time.

The Original helmet had machined ears. Our kit will ship with resin ears, so it is a complete kit. We are working along side a company who will offer machined ears to match the originals and fit our helmet

Elstree precision did indeed make the original ears
