It reminds me of that old TV show called Operation Petticoat (1977) which was based on the movie from 1959 with the pink submarine.

Because model kits are more often than not promotional items to support a show or movie currently seeking an audience. Rebels is over. So unless the Ghost shows up in Ahsoka or Skeleton Crew as a major vehicle, the chances of getting a kit are slim.

Based on the USS Sealion SS-195.
In the movie with Cary Grant it was the USS Balao SS-285 (when pink), the USS Queenfish SS-393 (opening and closing scenes) and the USS Archerfish SS-311.
TV show used the USS Roncador SS-301

I used Mr. Finishing pink surfacer 1500 on the red bits of my BoTP God Phoenix. The top coats came out noticeably more vibrant than if I had used white primer. Btw, this is the same technique Ferrari uses IIRC.

Some WW2 planes (F4U) had a salmon pink zinc chromate coating instead of the more traditional yellow green.

Amen! I've wanted the ghost for some time. I'm hopeful it will show up in the Ashoka show since its rumored that Hera may be in it as well... and then we might see some movement...
That being said I liked the Havoc since the first time I saw it - its a great design.

Generally I like the design. I'd prefer the cockpit beak to be a little shorter and less a pterodactyl-like, but that's me.

Well. I guess it's clear that Revell target their market. Their Razor Crest was surprisingly decent, recognizing adult model makers would be interested. This thing they figure, probably rightly, is for the kiddies.

Unfortunately, no. I would hope within the next 3 months, but that is a guess.
Charles Adams certainly does, but he probably can't tell us.
