ROTS Darth Vader Helmet - Need a few parts

At the HMS "garage" sale this Saturday, I picked up a set of ROTS Darth Vader helmet castings from the MR molds. They need a bit of work but for the price, I'm very happy. But I need a couple of things. Is there a source for tinted lens that will fit this helmet? The metal "tusks" I can turn on my lathe. What is the best metal screen to use in the triangular openings? I might also end up detailing the top of the face mask as a "reveal" helmet. Any guidance in that area would also be appreciated.

search around this site for many ideas or on ebay for flat lenses unless you want the teraformed, which are there too.
