hey everyone, I was just curious if anyone has ever replicated the Lightsaber screwdriver? i am tinkering with the idea of throwing something together. with out 3d printing skills and a printer i think I'm going to tackle this looking at all dentistry tools. does anyone have any better pictures then the ones below?

it also looks like the black series luke came with something similar to the screw driver above

i dont know if anyone has already done this, i did a search first before posting and didnt find anything. If anyone has tackled this project please feel free to post some pictures. as of right now i wonder if its a found part(s). my first thought was dentist tools. being in the mechanic field i can't see it as being a tool I've ever seen... nor in the carpentry field. i wonder if its some kind of special aviation tool..

This has been discussed in the past already, but THE correct drafting compass was never identified...the search goes on, curious what you´ll come up with :thumbsup

On a sidenote...this has to be THE worst Luke figure ever created, what a piece of crap IMHO

are his elbows big enough lol

I think the biggest thing is the tip

....

the compass. It has a bell like detail at the fulcrum.

lol your killing me tom, can you explain this to me?

i see 2 thin square poles that go down to sharp tips, i see a round sphere at the top, it doesn't look hollow to me like most compasses. and it looks like it has a knob on the top of the compass, it also looks like they put a greeblie arm on the side of it, once luke puts the compass under the saber and passes it off to his other hand before he places under his cloak. i swear i see something on its side...

here is a good picture for example

i can see a luke using the compass on the bottom far left, and them adding a sphere greeblie on top, along with that a greeblie on the side. i dont see the circle/sphere being holo like the compass(s) in the middle

O.K. halliwax it's your fault! The little Star Wars geek inside of me is crying because the adult in me is not wanting to admit that I have no idea where those photos are from.

As far as that thingy being a drafting divider/compass/caliper goes.... yah maybe, but you guys are in the wrong century. You're not going to find out that it's some modern Staedtler or cheapy Chinese compass found at Michaels. You need to go back a century or two and look for something more ornate...

antique drafting compass

vintage drafting compass

antique protractor

vintage protractor

i have been watching the deleted scene over and over for the last half hour or so...

Deleted scene? FROM WHERE?!?!?!

Return of the Jedi? DVD, Blu-Ray, VHS?!?!?!?!

I think the only 'deleted scenes' I've ever watched is on the new TFA Target Blu-Ray. You're gonna have me up all night now watching which ever I need to watch to find this. Please tell me what I'm supposed to be watching to help me narrow it down!!!!!
